Working with people, systems, and ideas through change...
I am a business and human development professional for the last four decades with experience in working across leadership roles, consulting, and entrepreneurship. My career began in executive positions in sales and marketing within diverse industries, and since the mid-1990s I have focused on organisational development, talent, and change—supporting organisations as living systems rather than rigid structures. I have designed strategies, HR systems, and transformation processes for national and international organisations across fields , while also founding businesses an non-profit initiatives. This cross-sector journey has shaped my ability to translate strategy into human-centred systems that support creativity, collaboration, and sustainable growth—making my work particularly relevant to cultural organisations, creative industries, and emerging creative ecosystems navigating complexity, transition, and scale.
Supporting creativity from concept to life...
Alongside my management consulting work, I have twenty years of hands-on experience within cultural and creative industries. My practice spans developing, funding, and managing creative projects in Türkiye and across Europe; advising public, private, and non-profit organisations on EU funding and project delivery; and building partnerships through matchmaking, twinning, and cross-border collaboration. I work closely with cultural organisations, artists, and creative teams—supporting them through business planning, strategy, project management, representation, and creativity coaching. I have also designed and produced art and culture events. I have been nurturing and supporting creative community in İstanbul through events, workshops, trainings and meetings. My personal creative practice includes producing and writing for screen and stage, publishing books and music, and flamenco dancing; grounding my advisory work in lived creative experience as well as strategic insight.
